Tech giant, Apple, is tackling criticism from unhappy personnel both here as well as overseas; being taken to the Fair Work Commission later on this week.

The unions allege Apple made an effort to pressure its employees into accepting an unseemly deal following their demand to prolong the consultation process by extending the company’s deadline to August 19 was refused.
